If you're a billing authority, sign in to your local authority portal account to:

send billing authority reports to the Valuation Office Agency
view submitted reports and add supporting information and documents
download Council Tax and non-domestic rates schedules
send occupiers lists and check the status of recent uploads
find out when new schedules are published

Use the username and password your local authority has given you.
